To establish a base from which to develop an individual's fitness, a fitness appraisal is carried out .This normally takes up to two hours to complete and takes into account gender, age, current level of health and fitness and personal goal or ambition.

Based on this information, advice on training schedules and routines can be developed for the client to work independently, or the opportunity is available to work on a one to one basis or as part of a small group with similar objectives.
